We are on a mission to promote accountability, evidence-based advocacy, and policy-driven solutions that address the real challenges facing Ghanaian youth today. As we roll out national initiatives like the Mid-Year Performance Review of Youth-Serving Agencies and the upcoming National Youth Policy Implementation Review, we need dedicated volunteers to help power this movement.

Who Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for volunteers from all 16 regions of Ghana, especially young people who are:
- Passionate about youth empowerment and development
- Skilled in communication, data collection, social media, or community organizing
- Interested in public policy, governance, or research
- Willing to serve as regional or district mobilisers
- Committed to making a lasting impact
Whether you are a student, graduate, professional, youth group leader, or aspiring changemaker, there is a place for you in this movement.
What Will You Be Doing?
As a Youth Dashboard volunteer, you could be involved in:
📌 Data Collection & Surveys – Help gather community insights for our policy reviews
📌 Youth Engagement Events – Organize town halls, forums, or focus group discussions
📌 Online Campaigns – Support our digital advocacy and awareness campaigns
📌 Policy Research & Documentation – Assist with compiling data and stories
📌 Community Mobilization – Get young people in your area involved in national dialogues
📌 Media & Communications – Create engaging content, visuals, or interviews
📌 Field Monitoring & Reporting – Track and report on activities and impact
